Ibis Styles Warszawa West Hotel - Mory

I was disappointed by the lack of proper service during dinner. The restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful. The family room we initially received had issues, including the absence of complimentary bottled water and noticeable mold on the walls. The noise from the entrance made it uncomfortable to relax, especially as there were people coming and going frequently.

I was here for 1 day and will certainly stay here again. My room was extremely spacious and included air conditioning, a sofa bed and an electronic key card. Its beds were big. The staff were excellent and amicable and made me feel comfortable...

The heating didn't work, but the room was really cozy and nice.

A little bit of road noise, but normal for a Motel on a major route....

The showerhead in the bathroom was bizarre, with a design, made taking a normal shower nearly impossible. The building had an older vibe that didn't match expectations for an Ibis brand hotel.

Even its only 2** hotel it was soap and shower gel, mineral water and beer gratis for every person. Good parking place, free internet.

Too noisy, because of very young groups. Bathroom not as clean as i prefer.

The hotel is inexpensive and is actually not that difficult to get to from the airport and to get to/from the center of the city.

The "mattress" is about 3.5 inches thick. I felt like I slept on bricks. Staff could not provide info on public transport from airport to hotel, so I found out through trial and error (take 175 to "Uniwersytet" stop. Cross the street and take 105 in other direction and get off at Cieplownia Wola. Take bus 713 from the same stop in same direction to Mory. Hotel is across street. To/from city is the 713/105 combination in reverse. Note that buses have all stops noted on a sign on the interior.)

Charming place to unwind in the quiet surroundings of green parks and quiet areas.

We enjoyed its good breakfast.

Staff were super friendly and pleasant at any hour!!

Coffee/tea making machines, a work desk and TV in our double room were useful during stay.

We explored Kampinoski National Park, enjoying walks and some cycling. The hotel is nice, offers billiards, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was good, and dinner was freshly cooked. The location is excellent for a group getaway!

I was disappointed with the cleanliness. The bathroom had issues like broken fittings and unpleasant smells. Expectations were not met for the price paid.

Can't recommend highly enough for a city holiday

Clean room, comfortable bed, with excellent transport links to the city centre thanks to a nearby bus stop, great for easy exploration of local attractions.

Ibis styles was a great choice for our overnight road trip! The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway. Our family room was tidy and comfortable. We loved that it was pet-friendly. The breakfast was a decent start to the day.

the parking can be tough to find if you arrive late.
